An Alberta man through and through, Jared was born in Calgary, raised in Olds, and graduated with a B. MGT degree from the University of Lethbridge.
In 2010, after five years at a major insurance carrier, Jared founded Mountain View Benefits, giving him 15+ years of experience in the Group Benefits industry.
Jared and his active, young family love travelling and all things Disney.

Born in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with a global ancestry, Jillian has recently repatriated to Olds, Alberta with her German husband and son.
You’ll find Jill happiest exploring the intersection between business, psychology and creativity. Ever an entrepreneur, she loves building communities and helping smaller businesses be their best selves.
Jill loves conversations, games, nature, learning and her family. She has strong opinions about the importance of music, trees and curiosity.

Jared & Jillian both went to high school together in Olds, Alberta (and were both Student Council President of their high school, adorable!)
Both have had unique paths as entrepreneurs and have a passion for small business.
Jillian has worked in a wide variety of industries all over the world including Australia, New Zealand, Germany, US, and of course, Canada.
Jared & Jillian started out their careers as a Sales & Service team at Alberta Blue Cross.
